Well, it's a very good intention. Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is a great place to practice programming problem. They are the highest authority regard this issue.  Please visit ACM (http://www.acm.org/) we page.

  I know this link but i am not that experienced programmer to solve such problems.

You will find some categorizes  in ACM web page. You can choose according your skill. Through practice you will be the expert. Please contact with Mr. Nzmul sir.
