Title: Teacher! Who?
Post by: shamshoque on June 05, 2017, 12:21:15 PM
1. “I am indebted to my father for living, but to my teacher for living well.
                                                                                                                                                                                 ― Alexander the Great
                                                                                                                                 {His teacher was the legendary philosopher Aristotle}
2. “I'm not a teacher: only a fellow traveler of whom you asked the way. I pointed ahead - ahead of myself as well as you.”
                                                       ― George Bernard Shaw
3.“A teacher who cannot explain any abstract subject to a child does not himself thoroughly understand his subject; if he does not attempt to break down his knowledge to fit the child's mind, he does not understand teaching.”
                                                                                                                                                                                         ― Fulton J. Sheen

Dear Sipra madam, the answer is No, as a teacher is  treated as an employee and education  becomes a commodity. I wonder in next 100 years, in different museums, the statue of teacher will be kept for exhibition and no one will go to schools , colleges or universities  physically.  >:( >:(
