Title: Needs Major Subject In Real Estate.

Curriculum of the Department:
Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE) program, under the Faculty of Business & Economics is spread over 04 (four) academic years (levels) and 12 (twelve) semesters. It consists of 128 (one hundred and twenty eight) credits and 42 (forty two) courses in total. Courses are practical and of contemporary standard with future value. Courses like: Introduction to Real Estate Business, Principles of Real Estate, Principles of Urban Planning, Introduction to Environmental Science, Environmental Issues in Real Estate, Real Estate Marketing Management, Fundamentals of Civil Engineering, Fundamentals of Architecture in Real Estate Planning, Urban Hazards & Risk Management, Urban Land Use & Development, Real Estate Law & Public Policy, Urbanization & Project Management, Geographical Information System (GIS) in Real Estate, Real Estate Logistics Management, Contemporary Issues of Real Estate in Bangladesh, Real Estate Investment Analysis & Valuation, Statistics in Real Estate, etc. are taught in the program.

What are the Major Subject  Bachelor of Real Estate?

Dear Jafar

Thanks for your query.
BRE program is different from BBA Program. The entire program is specialized on Real Estate areas.
The syllabus includes almost 21 courses related to real estate. The courses that are taught in the final year in the program are advanced courses.

In Statuary Bodies like, RAJUK, RDA, KDA, CDA, UDD, Municipal Authority, Town Planner, Planning Organizations City Corporation, WASA ete  Which are Our Entry Level Post  ?
 
In this Organisation like Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Farms, Property Developer which are Our Entry level Post?
 
we faced some problem. we just wanna to solve our problem  .

In the Govt. organizations, most of the entry level post is started from Assistant Director, where the basic salary scale is TK 11,000- Tk20,370. For your better understanding you can visit  the following link:

In private organization, your preferred position should be officer or management trainee officer (for bank). But, recently ,  good private organizations (in business field) are recruiting employees who have at least MBA degree.

 For a good job you must be well prepared. For govt job you must be well equipped with Bangle, English, Math and , General Knowledge (Bangladesh and International).
For private jobs like in a multinational bank, you should have good command over basic GMAT.

So, get ready to secure your position in the job market. Remember, continuous study is a must to
get a job and secure your  position for long run.
