When the students are appearing at the exam, all of them feel a common problem, that is checking time.
As the advancement of the technology,students are getting accustomed to check time in the cell phone. There are very few students who wears wrist watch and check their time from wrist watch.
As using cell phone in the exam hall is prohibited, then they face the main problem. They have asked their teacher frequently in the hall which is really disturbing for them.
If there are two faculties in one exam hall, they may not have the same time in both of their watch. Then they face another problem.
So it requires wall clock in each room of exam hall. It'll not cost enough money but will give a lot for the students.Sometimes students become confused that teachers are telling correct time or not. So the problem of confusion will be removed.
If there have any fear of losing it, they can only use clock for exam time.
I got the idea from one of my colleagues after discussing this problem.

I also do feel to have a clock hung on the each class and exam room so that both benefit from that. I also feel that it will push us to be aware of time management.

Clock is most important elements thing in our every day life. In the exam hall we most of the students do not have the wrist watch, so in this situation students frequently asked teachers what time is go and what time are left. So if the authority can arranged the wall clock in every class room then the problem can be solved. And our teachers do not feel disturb.

I also agree with it. We can't use mobile phone that's why we can't check proper time which one is very important in Exam.

I also agree with it.It is essential. Because the students can not check time during exam. as well as they frequently ask the invigilators which sometimes create problem to others.

Yeas madam, It is essential and i want to inform you that pharmacy department ensure this from the very beginning of the department.

the main problem of hanging clock is Missing the clock.............
we can reduce or eliminate this problem and ensure clock in all class room by putting secure case (with lock and key) for clock in the class room.
It will also help the teachers to better management of Lecture time............

Authority is going through whether other universities have implemented it or not.
We are also looking into whether there is any any opinion/barrier/implication from the UGC, related national/international concerns and law enforcing authorities.
