2. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

The greenhouse effect refers to circumstances where the short wavelengths of visible light from the sun pass through a transparent medium and are absorbed, but the longer wavelengths of the infrared re-radiation from the heated objects are unable to pass through that medium. The trapping of the long wavelength radiation leads to more heating and a higher resultant temperature. Besides the heating of an automobile by sunlight through the windshield and the namesake example of heating the greenhouse by sunlight passing through sealed, transparent windows, the greenhouse effect has been widely used to describe the trapping of excess heat by the rising concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. The carbon dioxide strongly absorbs infrared and does not allow as much of it to escape into space.
A major part of the efficiency of the heating of an actual greenhouse is the trapping of the air so that the energy is not lost by convection. Keeping the hot air from escaping out the top is part of the practical "greenhouse effect", but it is common usage to refer to the infrared trapping as the "greenhouse effect" in atmospheric applications where the air trapping is not applicable.

Leadership skills and techniques is not natural. It can be but very few. The skills and techniques of a leader can be learned.

There are some tips that help to be a good leader are given below-

*Care for your team- That means knowing what matters to each member: their health, their partner, their children, their relatives, their interests, their hopes, their fears.

*Stay close to your team- At some point, every day, walk around the office and say "Hi" to everyone who works for you. If you're not in the office that day, call and see how people are. This gives you a chance to  encourage and gives them an opportunity to raise issues or make suggestions.

*Meet your team Regularly - daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your place and type of work - have meetings of all the members of the team. Keep these meetings short, focused and action-orientated. Make sure every member of the team contributes in some way and acknowledge that.

We have a habit to throw waste material here and there. That's why our Environment become polluted and it is dirty. But it is high time not to waste material have to be wasted.

How can we do this? We have to do something. That means we have to reuse or recycle those waste materials. Some process are given below-

        REUSE- Reuse means use same thing again and again. A glass was broken either we can through it in dustbin or we can make a flower vase or pen vase by it. Like this we can use many waste materials by our imaginary power.

       RECYCLING- Recycling means processing waste materials as a row materials and producing same things. We can make new glass from broken glass, new cloth from old cloth. We also make fertilizer from our household waste.

English is an international language. There are a lots of importance of learning English.

        1.Higher Studies- Learning English is very important for higher    studies. Because every book of higher education is written in English.

        2. Getting a good Job- If anyone want to get a good job then it is very necessary to speak in English. Otherwise he/she doesn't get any good job.

        3. To communicate- If any one think I don't do any job because my father has a large business or I do business. Then I am sorry to say that you have to also learn English. Because Business,an have to deal with other parties . And other parties may be foreigner . Then What you do.

        4. To update yourself- Now a days it is very important to update ourselves. And to update ourselves it is very important to know English.

The word mother, is the sweetest word in the world. Almighty create us and create many things for us. He create long blue sea, a wide sky, beautiful hill, tree, waterfall, flower etc. He give us some relation too. Like mother father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt and so many relative. They are so lovely and helpful for us.

But one thing that God give us is very precious. And it is our mother. God create a mother with full of love, consideration mind, patient. When a baby borne then a mother also borne in the world. She want to save her child at any cost. she is agree to get pain but does not give her child any pain. A child grown up and be a famous person by the consideration of a mother. Every moment she pray for god for the welfare of her children.

We are very lucky to get such kind of gift from Almighty. So we should take care of our lovely mother.
