জাতীয় গৃহায়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ নিজের পায়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে মত দিয়ে গৃহায়ন ও গণপূর্ত মন্ত্রী ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশররফ হোসেন বলেছেন, এবার কর্তৃপক্ষকে গ্রামের দিকেও যেতে হবে। গ্রামে জমি পেলে কিস্তিতে পরিশোধের শর্তে বহুতল আবাসন করে দেওয়া হবে।

মঙ্গলবার (২৭ ডিসেম্বর) সচিবালয়ে মন্ত্রণালয়ের সভাকক্ষে ‘খাদ্য নিরাপত্তায় কৃষিজমি রক্ষাকল্পে পরিকল্পিত গ্রাম-নগরায়ন ও গৃহায়ন’ শীর্ষক জাতীয়ভিত্তিক সুপারিশ উপস্থাপনকালে মন্ত্রী এ কথা বলেন। ইনস্টিটিউট অব ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ার্স অব বাংলাদেশ (আইডিইবি) সুপারিশমালা উপস্থাপন করে।

মন্ত্রী বলেন, আমাদের জাতীয় গৃহায়ন কর্তৃপক্ষ নিজের পায়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। এই কর্তৃপক্ষ শুধু শহরে থাকলে হবে না, গ্রামের দিকে যেতে হবে। আমিও চাই গ্রামে যাক।
কেন গ্রামে কাজ করতে হবে জানিয়ে ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশররফ হোসেন বলেন, এই যে, আমরা চার ভাই, চারটা ফ্ল্যাট দরকার। তাদের জন্য ন্যাশনাল হাউজিং করবে, চার ভাইকে করতে হবে না। যদি তারা আমাদের দেয় (জমি), আমরা করে দেবো। আমরা লং টার্ম তাদের কাছ থেকে টাকা নেবো। উই ক্যান ডু ইট। ন্যাশনাল হাউজিং অথরিটি গরিবের জন্য, সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য। আমরা কিস্তিতে খুব সহজে কাজ করে দিতে পারি।

জমির মাটি কেটে বাড়ি নির্মাণের সমালোচনা করে মন্ত্রী বলেন, গৃহ নির্মাণের সামগ্রী শুধু ইট দিয়ে হয় এটা ঠিক না। নদীতে অনেক বালু আছে। ড্রেজিং করে ক্লে নিয়ে ইট তৈরি করতে পারবো। ইউএনও যারা আছেন, তাদের এটা দেখা উচিত এবং পুরোপুরি বন্ধ করে দেওয়া উচিত।

মন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, আমরাও চাচ্ছি, ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের দিকে আসতে। একটা ইউনিয়নে যতোগুলো জায়গা ও লোক আছে যদি ১৬ তলা ভবন করি অনেক লোককে সেখানে নিয়ে আসতে পারবো। ন্যাশনাল হাউজিং অথরিটিকে একটা ইউনিয়ন দেওয়া হোক, আমরা করে দেখাবো। একটা টাকাও ওদেরকে দিতে হবে না। পুকুর পুকুরই থাকবে, মাছ চাষ হবে, শুধু ভিটাবাড়ি চলে যাবে। সব আধুনিক সুযোগ-সুবিধায় তারা একটা ভবন পাবে।

‘আমাকে একটা ইউনিয়ন দেন, আমার ন্যাশনাল হাউজিং অথরিটি করে দেখাক। একটা পয়সাও সরকার থেকে নেবো না,’ যোগ করেন তিনি।

গৃহায়ন ও গণপূর্ত মন্ত্রণালয়ের অতিরিক্ত সচিব মো. আখতার হোসেন, রাজউকের সদস্য আব্দুর রহমান, আইডিইবি’র সভাপতি এ কে এম এ হামিদ, সাধারণ সম্পাদক মো. শামসুর রহমান এসময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

The Kingdom Tower – The Tallest Building (Kingdom Tower is Next Tallest Building of the World’s High Architecture) in the future world will be located in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The building is $1.23 billion estimated and 1000m high. 161 floors will be there on the tower that will be built on the area of 5.7 million square feet next to the Red Sea. This will be an advantage plus for the visitors more to view and visit in Saudi Arabia.
The Kingdom Tower with opened – air toward the sky at the top of the building with 30 meters diameter hole. Sophisticated elevators with newest system will be included and one separate elevator will be especially for the observatory as a part of the building too. According to the professionals this will be the extremist tower of the modern architecture.

মিরপুর এলাকায় মধ্যবিত্ত ও নিম্নবিত্তের মানুষের জন্য প্রায় ২৫ হাজার ফ্ল্যাট নির্মাণ করা হচ্ছে। এর মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য সংখ্যক ফ্ল্যাট হবে নিম্নবিত্তদের জন্য। গত বৃহস্পতিবার মোহাম্মদপুর ‘এফ’ ব্লকে নির্মাণাধীন জাতীয় গৃহায়ণ কর্তৃপক্ষের ফ্ল্যাট প্রকল্পের অগ্রগতি পরিদর্শনকালে এ কথা বলেন গৃহায়ণ ও গণপূর্তমন্ত্রী ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মোশাররফ হোসেন।

তিনি বলেন, সরকারি সম্পত্তিতে অবৈধ দখলদাররা বস্তি গড়ে নিম্নবিত্তের মানুষের কাছ থেকে উচ্চমূল্যে ভাড়া আদায় করে। এটি কোনোভাইে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। সরকার নিম্নবিত্তের মানুষের জন্য যে ফ্ল্যাট নির্মাণ করছে, সেখানে বস্তির চেয়ে কম বা একই মূল্যে নিম্নবিত্তের মানুষ উন্নত আবাসন সুবিধা পাবে বলে জানান তিনি।

তিনি আরো বলেন, সরকার শহর ও গ্রামাঞ্চলে দেশের সব মানুষের আবাসন নিশ্চিত করতে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এ সময় মন্ত্রী প্রতিটি ভবনের নির্মাণকাজ শেষে, গ্রাহকদের কাছে হস্তান্তরের সময়সীমা বেঁধে দেন।

Trump Tower, home to Donald Trump and the corporate offices of The Trump Organization, is one of Manhattan’s most iconic buildings. Completed in 1984, the 68 story mixed-use structure was built in New York’s “Tiffany Location”, right next door to the world famous Tiffany and Company jewelry store, located on Fifth Avenue between 56th and 57th street, this is considered to be the most prestigious intersection in all of New York City.

In 1979 Mr. Trump purchased the existing eleven-story property from Genesco with the goal of constructing the first super-luxury high rise property in New York to include high–end retail shops, office space and residential condominiums. Famed architect Der Scutt was selected to translate Mr. Trump’s vision into a dramatic, angular design covered by a singular glass curtain wall with a series of planted outdoor terraces anchoring the lower floors. An extraordinary five story atrium was created for the retail space, featuring a spectacular 60-foot high waterfall alongside the eastern wall, spanned by a dramatic suspended walkway. On opening day the five levels of retail shops, galleries and restaurants quickly became New York’s most exclusive shopping destination.

With a private entrance on 56th street, The Trump Tower condominiums rise from the 30th to the 68th floor. Featuring floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of both midtown Manhattan and Central Park, the residences sold out at record setting prices to a who’s who of worlds rich and famous.

Beginning in 2004, Trump Tower gained even more notoriety with the premier of the popular television series “The Apprentice”, featuring the celebrated boardroom, team suites, and other location shots within the building.
