We can enhance our entrepreneurial ecosystem by implementing an accelerator program aimed at nurturing entrepreneurs among all departmental students. In this digital era, IT students can team up with other departmental students. This program can provide personalized one-on-one mentorship sessions, fostering support for funding to scale their business ideas to minimum vaible products or services.. Group mentorship sessions can also be organized, promoting collaborative learning and idea exchange among aspiring entrepreneurs.

To streamline the process, the university can offer a one-stop solution for registration and participation in the accelerator program. This centralized platform would simplify the application process, making it accessible for all interested students. Additionally, providing step-by-step guidance and resources for business development, such as workshops, networking events, and access to funding opportunities, can empower students to transform their innovative ideas into successful ventures.

By incorporating these elements, we can create a dynamic entrepreneurial hub, encouraging students to explore their creative potential, learn from experienced mentors, and contribute meaningfully to the startup ecosystem

Global collaboration and open markets could play a role in fostering innovation in which China is very conservative. However, geopolitical and economic factors can influence these dynamics, making it difficult to provide a final prediction.

3
For China to beat the U.S. in innovation, they need to keep investing in research, support entrepreneurs, protect intellectual property, improve education, and attract talent. Working with other countries and keeping markets open could also help. But predicting the future is tricky because things like global politics and the global economy can impact how things unfold.

Ranking of a departmental program depends on the holistic development of an Institution such as total quality management, guardians' perception, mass people’s perception,  research achievement, graduates' performance etc.

Improving the ranking of a program such as a master's or bachelor's or BBA/MBA programmes  involves various strategic actions and continuous efforts. It is not easy but a journey. Here are some general steps that educational institutions often take to enhance their program's ranking:

Academic Excellence: Focus on maintaining high academic standards. Ensure the quality of education, faculty, and curriculum.

Research and Publications: Encourage faculty and students to engage in research activities and publish papers in reputable journals. High-quality research often positively influences rankings.

Student Experience: Enhance the overall student experience by providing excellent facilities, resources, and student support services. Positive feedback from students can contribute to a program's reputation.

Industry Connections: Foster strong ties with businesses and industry leaders. Partnerships, internships, and guest lectures from industry professionals can enhance the program's practical relevance.

Alumni Engagement: Maintain an active alumni network. Successful alumni can contribute to the program's reputation and may participate in mentorship programs or guest lectures.

Global Exposure: Offer opportunities for international exposure, such as study abroad programs, international student exchange, or partnerships with foreign universities.

Accreditations: Seek accreditations from renowned accreditation bodies. Accredited programs often have higher credibility.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in business education. Integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies into the curriculum.

Graduate Placement: Focus on helping graduates secure meaningful employment after completing the program. High placement rates and successful alumni in prominent positions can boost the program's reputation.

Public Relations and Marketing: Promote the program effectively through various channels. Highlight achievements, faculty expertise, and successful alumni stories.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the program's strengths and weaknesses. Use feedback from students, alumni, and industry partners to make necessary improvements.

We should remember rankings are influenced by various factors, and it's essential to focus on providing a high-quality education and positive student experience. Over time, these efforts can lead to improved rankings and a strong reputation for a specific master's program. To be continued

and be not divided among yourselves;"

Management became a science rather than a profession. Fifty years ago, as explained in the 2005 HBR article How Business Schools Lost Their Way, business schools shifted their focus from creating managers and leaders to creating new knowledge.
This shift had profound implications. Business schools rewarded professors for publishing their research in academic journals, and their curriculum began to reflect the narrow focus of the faculty. Business school professors became increasingly disconnected from practicing managers and leaders. Now, it became clear that business schools had swung too far in one direction.
