You are rightly said. to prevent any offence there exist sufficient legal provisions but there is lack of proper initiatives to implement those.

Among the extra curriculum of Faculty of law there was another curricula in Department of law that, on the  supervision of our honorable teacher ATM Enamul Zahir a class was held in every week named as case class. where we were discuss the judgement of different administrative and Constitutional cases. Students from any year could participate there.That class was very useful for us.I don't know at present the case class take place or not?

Finding of the writing is really true.If the judges exercise the judicial activism then the crimes like morphing may be fall within the punishable offence under PCA, 2012.
