আমার নোটবুক এ আমি উইন্ডোজ ৮.১ ইন্সটল করার পর আমি আমার নোটবুকের ড্রাইভার এর D.V.D ইন্সটল করার চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু আমাদের সরবরাহকৃত ড্রাইভারটি উইন্ডোজ ৮.১ সাপোর্ট না করায় আমি আমার ল্যাপ্টপের bluetooth, wi-fi, brightness, web cam ইত্যাদি চালু করতে পারছি না ।
আমাদের ল্যাপটপ এর উইন্ডোজ ৮.১ এর কোন ড্রাইভার কি কোথাও পাওয়া যাবে ??

আমি EEE ডিপার্টমেন্ট এর 9th সেমিস্টার এর ছাত্র । সেই প্রথম সেমিস্টার থেকে এখন পর্যন্ত আমি Wi-Fi এর গতি নিয়ে সমস্যায় পড়েছি । যখন ইউনিভার্সিটি বন্ধ থাকে বা ছাত্রছাত্রী কম থাকে তখন Wi-Fi এ ভালো গতি পাই কিন্তু যখন ছাত্র ছাত্রী বেশি থাকে তখন  Wi-Fi এর গতি থাকে না বললেই চলে। অথচ Wi-Fi এর নেটওয়ার্ক দেখায় Healthy । । মাঝে মাঝে যখন Assignment বা Lab report এর জন্য Internet দরকার হয় তখন Wi-Fi সংযোগ পাওয়া যায় না । । Computer lab এর computer প্রায় সময় ফাঁকা পাওয়া যায় না । । আমি এর আগেও Wi-Fi স্পীড নিয়ে Post করেছিলাম । তখন বলা হয়েছিলো এই সমস্যার সমাধান করা হবে । কিন্তু এখনো তেমন কোন সমাধান পাইনি

আমি কিছুদিন আগে এই পোস্ট টা করেছিলাম। কিন্তু এখন পর্যন্ত সমস্যা সমাধান হইনি। আমি আজকেও আমার ল্যাপটপ সাথে করে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় গিয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু অনেক চেষ্টা করেও রাওটার এর সাথে সংযুক্ত হতে পারিনি। যদিও একবার connection পেয়েছিলাম কিন্তু আমি ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজ করতে পারিনি। এমন কি google এর পেজও খুলতে পারিনি।
কিন্তু আমি যখন প্রথম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ভর্তি হই তখনো আমি অনেক ভালো গতিতে ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজ করেছি। তখন অনেক স্টুডেন্ট একসাথে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করলেও প্রত্যেকে কমপক্ষে ১৮-২০ kbps বা তারও বেশি স্পীড পেত।
বর্তমানে ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ ছাড়া computer মূল্যহীন।
আর তাই আমি এ ব্যাপারে কতৃপক্ষের  দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি ।

Thank you very much for your reply. But I need my laptop back as soon as possible. Because My all important tasks has been stopped. And I am Paying my internet bill without using it.

One Student One Laptop / About My Laptop Servicing

I am a student of EEE (4th batch) and my ID num 103-33-270.
I was facing some problem with my laptops touch pad from the first time.
At first I thought It's not very big problem. But last month my touch pad was not working totally
For this reason I was given my laptop to Daffodil PC service center ( date: 01/09/2012) . They told me my touch pad and keyboard both should change. They was given delivery date 13/09/12.
But I was called them today to ask about my laptop. But they told me they need more time and they don't know how longer more time they need. They told they don't have extra touch pad and keyboard.
Personally I had a personal PC before but now I have only a laptop. All task like assignment, presentation and Surfing Internet I use my laptop.

Now I am in very big trouble.

Please Improve performance of service center

I am student of Dept. Of EEE. ID number is 103-33-270 . I am very proud to be a student Of Daffodil International University. Because our University is a digital University and Our University authority provides us Laptop and Wi-Fi internet facility.
 Once our Wi-fi Internet speed was very good and I worked very smoothly before.
 But after providing Free laptop to the students all of our students started to use our Wi-Fi Facility so that now Its very difficult to connect Wi-Fi router at same time.
And our internet speed is not so good now.
Now we use internet to search news, search important data, send and receive E-mail etc.
And we use internet to prepare assignment and presentation easily and we can get updated information and data. This updated data and information helps us to gain our knowledge.

So I am requesting to our university authority  to set up new Wi-Fi router and  increase Internet speed.

4G also called as Fourth-Generation Communications System, is a term used to describe the next step in wireless communications. A 4G system can provide a comprehensive IP solution where voice, data and streamed multimedia can be provided to users on an "Anytime, Anywhere" basis. The data transfer rates are also much higher than previous generations.

The main objectives of 4G are:

1)4G will be a fully IP-based integrated system.

2)This will be capable of providing 100 Mbit/s and 1 Gbit/s speeds both indoors and outdoors.

3)It can provide premium quality and high security.

4)4G offer all types of services at an affordable cost.

4G is developed to provide high quality of service (QoS) and rate requirements set by forthcoming applications such as wireless broadband access, Multimedia Messaging, Video Chat, Mobile TV, High definition TV content, DVB, minimal service like voice and data, and other streaming services.

4G technology allow high-quality smooth video transmission. It will enable fast downloading of full-length songs or music pieces in real time.

The business and popularity of 4Gmobiles is predicted to be very vast. On an average, by 2009, this 4Gmobile market will be over $400B and it will dominate the wireless communications, and its converged system will replace most conventional wireless infrastructure.

Data Rates For 4G:

The downloading speed for mobile Internet connections is from 9.6 kbit/s for 2G cellular at present. However, in actual use the data rates are usually slower, especially in crowded areas, or when there is congestion in network.

4G mobile data transmission rates are planned to be up to 20 megabits per second which means that it will be about 10-20 times faster than standard ASDL services.

In terms of connection seeds, 4G will be about 200 times faster than present 2G mobile data rates, and about 10 times faster than 3G broadband mobile. 3G data rates are currently 2Mbit/sec, which is very fast compared to 2G's 9.6Kbit/sec.
