Vegetable Salad
Ingredients :
2 Potatoes (Medium Size, boiled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
3 Carrots (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
3 Tomatoes (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 Red onion Diced
1 each Green, Red, Yellow bell pepper cut into 1/2 inch cubes
100 g Frozen Green Peas (boil for 2 min)
100 g Cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp limejuice or vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, limejuice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Then toss with other ingredients. Put some salad leaves on the bottom of a salad dish. Then put the salad mixture into the dish.
