Just got a question in my mind... need to know everyone's opinion...

It is the most important matter, satisfaction gives peace of mind and opens the door of creativity which is vital for good job performance.

Exactly Miss,
Basically we take into account salary package and work environment as keys to such satisfaction. Can you please mention the factors that you consider important for ensuring satisfaction in our job?

very realistic topic to discuss in the forum. I think not only salary package and work environment but also proper guidance of senior teachers and coordination by the administrative staffs are expected.
It is really nice to have both of these here in DIU.

It is the most important, not only for employees but also for employers. Because employer's organization depends on employee's performance.

Cannot but agree with all of you. Yet, I would like to add a few more:
1. The work load laid on an employee should be manageable. If an employee is over-burdened with workload, the capability shrinks and so does the quality.
2. Motivation is essential, I agree with Hadi and Anam Sirs regarding the Financial Package and Incentive issues, yet again, appreciation and proper directive are essential as well.
3. There are time when I have seen other people taking credit of work accomplished by someone else, this practice should be stopped so that self-esteem can rise and so can confidence in the personality of any employee.
Thank you for your attention.

well said Adiba Mam.
Recognition of what we contribute to the institution reflects that employers are valuing us. It is good to see that our DIU ensures this. I along with some of my colleagues worked diligently and in every case we got appreciation.
