Synergy is a concept of Management. 2+2= More than 4. Is it possible?

Dear student,

Thanks to u. Synergy that is comparatively more output than input. It is only possible by effective management. We know that, Effective means making the right decision and implementing the decision in right time and right way. On the other hand, Efficiency that is using the resources in cost minimizing way.

As a manager, we Have to follow The Management BY Objective (MBO), Effectiveness , and Efficiency then we can get synergy.

About SYNERGY, I must say that marketing students and teachers explain it in a very interesting manner.

Our colleague Reza says that 2+2>4 is also mistake. For marketers, it should be 2+2=22. Really interesting and encouraging.
