Shamanno lobon o holud-morich gura diye mach veje nite hobe. Pene tel diye piaj bata, ada-roshun bata veje shamanno poriman pani diye holud, morich gura, tok doi lobon diye moshla
koshate hobe. Shamanno pani diye mach diye dheke dite hobe. Ranna hoye ele kishmish, chini gorom moshla diye 5 minitue dheke rakhte hobe. Namabar age gorom ghee te caramel diye macher curry te choriye poribeshon korte hobe.
