Title: Time to enact Geographical Indication Law.

India's sleep was awakened by the famous "Basmati" case between India and USA. When Ricetech a US company used the names "texmati" and "Kasmati" to market the US version of "Basmati" then India in proper time enacted law to protect their GI product in 1999. But still Government of Bangladesh is sleeping, when India has already registered those products which are originated in our country. It is nothing but a destruction of our whole economy. It's our duty to revitalize our century old culture.
