Position: Customer Manager, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide one stop quality Customer Service over phone to ensure positive customer experience.
· Proactive aware/inform customers regarding product/service.
· Sale through inbound and outbound contacts
Qualifications:
Undergraduate level student ( 0 to 90 credits) or equivalent.
Skills Requirements:
· Effective communication skills.
· Positive service mindset with helping attitude.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Flexibility
· Basic computer literacy and knowledge in office applications.
