Title: Your opinion about BCS job by avoiding your main stream study area

Most of the graduates of our country wish to be an BCS cadre even they possess good academic degree in particular area. And they will sacrifice their years long higher education knowledge for this. What is your thinking about this, in a developing country like bangladesh where there are huge scarcity of technical or specialized man power.
