Everybody wants to lose weight and knows which foods should be avoided. But due to weakness towards those foods, we cannot reduce our weight. So our approach should be changed and we should take it as a challenge to win the battle.
The enemies for weight loss:
1. Fried foods-rice, chicken
2. Meat-specially beef, mutton
3. preference for rice than bread
4. Less intake of vegetables and fruits
5. Sweets- icecream, curd, cake, pastry
6. junk food- burger, pizza (comparatively sandwich is low calorie)
7. Soft-drinks
8. cheese
9. Less intake of water and natural lemon water or coconut water
10. Feeling hunger (psychological, not physical feeling)
11. Day sleep
12. Less home-works (Dependancy on maid-servant)
13. Less walking
14. Less exercises

Really, it has become a challenge in our busy life.

Though it is a challenge, we must face it! :)
