 A Lecturer of a UK university shares an experience with us. Many students & other goes UK for doing PhD.  If they found any same country people they want to take benefit from this. Yes, the lecturer shares this experience & he named it “professionalism”.

He is Bangladeshi. When Bangladeshi people discover that he is Bangladeshi, they start to talk & try to take benefit for their program. Once he gave 65 marks on a paper the second examiner marking was 52. The difference between two markings is 13 & the paper goes to third examiner. The third examiner gave 55. Third & second examiner is close to marking. A board is called; they show doubt about the first examiner (Bangladeshi) & advice to do some more professional course on teaching. His rank also comes down automatically.

Dear Oyon
I respect your opinion. It's a experience. Our daily news paper publish many news in various issue. We have to be develop through experience. I'm sure who read this post they will be aware about this.

  yes shahin it is a method to fill the mistake.this idea is widely used it usa.they always abuse many social people and political leaders to remind them there mistakes.
