Assignment Topic:
Although registration of firms is not compulsory, firms are usually registered. What are the disadvantages of non-registration of a firm under the law of partnership?
Critically analysis the present law and give guideline to resolve the disadvantages of the law.

4. Write your concept very clearly.

7. Your work will not except unless you fulfil the above mentioned requirements.
