Recipe of white sauce:
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• dash white pepper
Procedure:
1. Melt butter.
2. Whisk in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
3. Cook until bubbly, about 1 minute.
4. Add milk.
5. Whisk until smooth.
6. Cook until thickened and smooth.
