TO-DO LIST------- SIMPLE WAY OF ORGANIZING BUSY LIFE
1. We should make a to-do list and carry with us all the time
2. At the end of our day, should review what we have done and make a new list for the next day
3. We should learn to differentiate between the important and the urgent. What’s important is not always urgent. What’s urgent is not always important.
4. All things being equal, we should do the simplest and reduce the to-do list
5. If a task takes less than five minutes, we should do it right away. If it takes longer, put it on the list.
6. We should schedule some uninterrupted time each day when weu can concentrate on important tasks
