TOEFL vs IELTS

Reading
Long Format: 5 Passage Or Short Format: 3 Passage

-Each Passage: 12-14 Questions
-Each Passage: 20 Minutes
-Total Timing: 60-100 Minutes   Listening 
40 questions
Timing: 60 minutes
Based On: Mixture of Monologues, Conversations and feature a variety of English accents & dialects. 
Listening
Long Format: 3 Conversations + 6 Lectures
Or
Short Format: 2 Conversations + 4 Lectures

-Each Conversations: 5 Questions
-Each Lectures: 6 Questions
-Each Set: Contains (1 C + 2 L)= 20 Minutes
-Total Timing: 60-90 minutes   
Reading
 3 large Passages
40 Questions
Timing: 60 minutes
BREAK      10 Minutes   N/A
Speaking
6 Tasks: (2 Independent Speaking + 4 Integrated Speaking) = Total 20 minutes

Independent S 1: Based on personal experience.
Independent S 2: Based on giving your opinion about two subjects.
-Each one Preparation Time: 15 Seconds
-Each one Response Time: 45 Seconds

Integrated S3, S4, S5 & S6: Based on (R+L Passage)
-Each one Preparation Time: 20 Seconds
-Each one Response Time: 60 Seconds   Academic Writing
1.   150 words  at least on chart/table/graph/diagram

2.   250 words at least to present a position, construct an argument and discuss abstract issues.

Total Timing: 60 minutes
Writing
Integrated Writing: (150-225) words, 20 minutes
Independent Writing: (300-350) words,30 minutes   Speaking
Total Timing: 10-15 minutes

Part 1: Introductory Conversation
Part 2: Asking about Hobbies etc.
Part 3: Cue card & follow up

I think difficulty level in TOEFL is higher than IELTS.
