1. Wake up early: It is very necessary to getup early in the morning. When you want to wake up early you should also sleep early. Its a layman process of staying asleep for seven to eight hours a day. After wake up the get fresh and take the taste of your coffee or tea. Read newspaper, journal or do meditate, pray.
2. Give back: A simple act of giving can cascade from one person to another until a landslide of gratitude builds up so much momentum that its force can’t be held back any longer. Contribute to this momentum every day to experience its life-changing power.
3. Exercise: I know it is difficult to be motivated enough to exercise every day, but it doesn’t have to be a big deal. There are a lot of ways to squeeze in exercise every day without going to the gym or even doing a work-out DVD when you get home. Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work. Park as far away as you can instead of trying to find a closer parking spot. You’ll be surprised how many calories you can burn by doing simple things like this, and how easy it can be to squeeze a little exercise into every day! You’ll be thrilled with the extra energy
4. Drink water: We all know we are supposed to drink up to 64 ounces of water every day, so why don’t we do it? Keeping hydrated will make us healthier and prettier, so make sure to drink as much water as you can stand (up to 64 ounces) every single day. If it can make you look and feel better, why not?
5. Be thankful: Studies have shown that people who are grateful and who actually verbalize their appreciation with a simple “thank you†live longer, happier, more fulfilling lives. Besides that it’s polite and kind to thank people when they have done you a kindness. On a much grander scale, think of all in your life you have to be thankful for…life is about the simple pleasures after all.
6. Take 5: Five minutes. That’s really all you need. Take five simple minutes each day just for yourself. Go hide somewhere quiet, switch off your cellphone and relax for just five minutes. Reflect. Breathe. Unwind a little. Close your eyes if you can. Then, when you’ve had a few moments of calm, you can get back to the grind with renewed energy, a better attitude and no stress.
7. Share your love: Give a hug, make time, listen, care, support and protect. All good, simple things to do and especially good to do when they are powered by love.
8. Plan ahead a little: Take a few minutes at the end of each day to plan ahead for the next day. Don’t stress, just plan a little. What will you cook for dinner? What will you wear? Do you have any errands to run? Make sure you have everything you need so you can sleep with an easy mind and possibly end up with free time the next day .
9. Call someone: It only takes a few minutes to make a phone call and check in with the one person you are closest to. Take those few minutes every day just to say hi and let them know you are thinking of them. If you both have time, you can chat for a bit but it is really important to touch base even if you can’t talk for long. It’ll help you unwind and generally make your life happier.
10. Do at-least one good things: Do at-least one good things everyday. After some days later you will be habitual with this. It will also keep us to do positive thinking for positive work.

The acts are very easy to do but its impact is immense.

If we should do this regularly it will effective for us....but most of us are not doing this everyday.....

We should do it. As most of us does not habituated with this practice, we can start from one. If I can start, then I'm sure gradually we can move to 10. Thank you to share this practice.

We really need to do this things. It seems hard but if we start first it will be easy. Lets start from the first we can easily get the last one.
