As a Student of real estate i think that we need some specialized teacher who has vast knowledge about real estate sector and having working experience in real estate company

DIU has already arranged that facility. For your kind information very Knowlageable persons like M. A. Matin sir, Mr. Kafi sir, Yousuf Iqubal Sir, And last but not the least our Dean Mr. Shahjan Mina sir are already taking our classes who have really a vast knowledge and critical thinking about real estate sector. Beyond that Mr. Junior F. R. Khan sir, Mr. Telayet hossain sir who have the practical and professional success, has already visited our department, talked with us and shared a lot of experiences with us.
so, mr. ankur our department is really believes in practical and professional touch to get in. You should not worry about the development and future and career of BRE in DIU. we all are at expert's hand. Inshallah everything will be as like as dreamed. may allah bless you.

Remember all of our teacher are highly qualified & expert in his/her sector strongly. Yes, we may ask more new teacher but not in replace.

The same situation is in our BBA department. Many faculty members of our university go to the another university in each semester and lectures come to our university after passing their post graduate in every semester. They come to our university to gather knowledge and stay in some semester to our university and again go to another university.
About 3 teachers have already gone ending of the summer semester. They are Mr. Safiullah, Ms. Umme Rumana and Mr. Saud Ahmed.
It makes the rules for our university.
We knew from our book that turnover rate is not good any institution but what is about our university?
What is about the BRE department?

Now a days it's common problem of job market. We should be more professional. Often it become very harmful. A person can't do this. The job market suffering this problem. As it creating problem for everyone & everyone suffering this problem,
I think, if other job option does not create for the job leavers then & only then the problem become stop. My opinion is, if anybody leave his/her present job & go other place, the other place should not accept them.

We have already lost about tree faculty members or more than tree. It is very much possible they can change their job place. But our honorable faculty members transfer to other university because our faculty members get good offer from outside university. Most of the faculty member leave of our university for going to ULAB and United university.
