On behalf of real estate student still we don't have any idea and knowledge about the proper course outline which courses are adding in the next semester and how many courses and credits have to be completed i heard a news from some one that courses are not approved from UGC yet it is under processing till now for ur kind information a subject Human Communication is removed from the course outline it is just an example and i think many students of BRE already suffer it now a question in everybody's mind and that is what we will do if UGC doesn't approve those courses and if UGC approved what happened about the past courses which courses we completed i think it is a big matter of time and money
-
I think it is very important for every students of BRE I am begging to the authority to solve this problem and informed us our courses and credits as soon as possible
-
It's good to see that our students are very conscious about the upcoming courses as well as their future in real estate education. The UGC comments were disclosed to my beloved students in the last student meeting where it was clearly stated that they have accepted all of our courses with a modification in one course namely "Rural Housing Development". They modification is already done and communicated, so I think you need not to be worried and anxious about that. We will never let our students to be in trouble in any way. Regarding old and newly offered courses, a suitable substitute and exemption will be made so that students doing the earlier courses may not be deprived.
With this opportunity, let me urge to you all to be more regular in the classes and keep yourself updated in this way.
Regards,
Masud Ibn Rahman
