Many prospective students ask their question through email. They feel comfort this way. The young generation is becoming habituated with technology & email communication. If any prospective student wants to study at Daffodil International University, he/she at first visits our web page & after that if they feel satisfied about DIU then they ask question through our contact email. So, our web page & contact email is very important.
In another post I have ask to bring the “Why DIU is best†page at home page or at the front. It is also very important because if you able to understand your value & necessity to others then people obviously comes to you. The page “Why DIU is best “should be more dynamic, smart, informative, helpful & friendly. Set another feedback form at the bottom of this page. Make this page specially by targeting to others.
If anybody does email to ask information to our contact email, set an auto reply. Then when the responsible person receives the email, he/she will reply the email.
The auto reply should conation:
• Basic information about DIU
• Why DIU is best
• All faculty & department URL link
• Tuition fees
• Facilities, scholarship, waiver etc.

This is a good thinking no doubt about it but the mentioned information which will send as auto reply to the senders are already in our website with full details. I think it is very easier to visit our website than the auto reply system.

Unfortunately you have read the post but don't understand. Please read again & rearrange you comment.
It's our duty to inform our information to others. Whatever the visitors viewing it's not the case for us. The basic information I have given, you can't find them shortly.
It's a part of business called "Marketing through email communication". You will also find it in international business communication.

Mr. Shahin, I have already read it. You said auto reply should contain, Basic information about DIU, Why DIU is best All faculty & department URL link Tuition fees, Facilities, scholarship, waiver etc. We have all these things in our website perfectly. Anyone can get information from our website. If they satisfy with these information they can visit our university also.

@ Debashish, you are right that we have enough information about our university & related all the norms. So if any one feels more interest then he/she may acquire feedback opportunity. And benefit of the process is concern person can handle all the issues one way & therefore work will be going on smoothly.
I don’t agree with Mr. Kazi but I think we can be more organized by the process. As email communication is very sensitive & comprehensible.

Dear All i think this is a nice thought of Shahin...In every country specially develop country should follow those auto reply....If you try to think those writes up then you will understand what he said about....Tuition fees, Facilities, scholarship, waiver is shown by DIU website but is they know why we best ??? DIU is best because of very good technology so we should be more digital like this way... we can be more organized by the process i know but how many students should know about it or use..?? We are organized but not socialized.....

A auto reply providing some dynamic feature about our university. It shows our basic & important information.
someone made opinion that if any body feel interest about DIU then he/she will be able to find all information from our DIU web site. Don't think like foolish. It's our duty to make them interest.
When a auto reply shows them some basic, important & affordable information then they can feel interest.

DIU is not cheap; we have a demand in market. So don't try to make it cheap in market. We have a good demand in market. I am explaining this with a short example, as a student of business I can say it like d-marketing. At-first we will go to the market to sell my products then when you will get high demand than you can start d-marketing. It will create more demand. If our products are good that time customer will must come to buy our products.
We can easily make understand when any customer comes to buy a product more through personal communication or by giving practical examples. That’s why I said that we have all these things in our website perfectly. Anyone can get information from our website. If they satisfy with this information they can visit our university also.

My question is to you that is this good manner or good way to give any reply? You should maintain a minimum courtesy in forum. I didn't underestimate your idea anytime, everyone can check that or I didn't said that it is not possible.

I have seen auto reply system in the developed countries for instance in the UK. However, Shahin, you can talk to Mr. Ujjal regarding the matter.

It will create more demand. If our products are good that time customer will must come to buy our products.
@Debashish: We believe and strongly believe that DIU is a brand image for all Private university in Bangladesh. We want to make it more branded. But one Thing we don't know even we don't try to know that biggest company in the world or biggest organization or biggest institute after being popular or being high demand-able they didn't stop their promotion.
You are a student of Business. But why you have forgotten to think it. We never think that 'We will not promote more about DIU because we are now in high demand'. So we want our DIU in more popular place. So why we will stop promoting this. If you studied E-commerce subject in your business course then obviously you know about mail marketing. And in this modern world Email Marketing is one of the most valuable marketing method.
So it needs some settings, some script to set up an auto reply. So why we will stop to do this. Think about GrameenPhone, Think about Warid Telecom, Think about even Google, Yahoo, University of Oxford. They are more popular in their field even there are no competitor for them. But they are sending and doing Email to it's subscriber. Why it is? They don't think that they don't need to reach more to the people.

Yes, DIU is not cheap. We have demand but should we stop marketing? It's not a great Idea even from a Business student. Whatever, this was a great topics.
And I will request to authority to implement this 'Response-Back Automated System' it will be useful for students and also for them who are interested to know a overview of Daffodil Inernational University.

and For COURTESY matter. I think debashish I have tried to maintain courtesy. Because when I was writing this post I was aware about my courtesy.
And to make right courtesy, try to make feels himself. In this forum if you write that then it will really hurt them. We can write about any personal attitude through Personal Message.

Dear Azam, I think you didn't read my post carefully. I didn't said, it is not possible. Yes, auto-reply is needed based on some necessary information, It could be address, admission information, etc. I just said as my opinion, our website is much easier to check all these kind of information. We will must promote our university but one thing you should know that sometimes over-flourish will not take good.
