Title: the subject mistake in semester . why ?

a lot of the student reading in the university and they get the subject every semester  but some time we saw that some student do the class ,give the quiz ,attendance , mid term .final exam . when they go to the  see final exam result  then the time  subject  or subject result mistake  1 or 2 subject, why ?

why in this &what are the reason ? any one know of this?

so what are  staps  to  pass solve this  problem.

this is definitely not done. i also do agree with u. but is this really happened with u? or with ur friends?
