For doing copyright followings criteria must be fulfilled:

1. Application form (3 copies)
2. Invoice 3 copies (Total cost: Tk. 1000)
3. Hard copy of color print of logo (3 copies)
4. Memorandum 1 copy (Attested every page)
5. Acceptance letter (Cost: Tk. 300 for stamp)
6. Attested photocopy of National ID card of Chairman or MD.
7. Attested photocopy of TIN+VAT.
