practical teaching procedure is more effective.so if we cn go outside for doing the course related   task  practically  thn itll b more effective for real estate student n also to others . n also our mind will b fresh n our concentration will b increase to our study . :)

Study tour is a part of study. As a result students enjoy the tour and  observe at near.They also learn practically.

TOUR IS A BASIC PART OF STUDY LIKE WE ARE READING OUR BOOKS WORLD IS SO NICE.
WHAT EVER THAT WE CAN NOT SEE LIKE AT BLIND MAN.
SO THAT'S WHY TOUR IS NOT PART OF CLASS ITS STUDY WAY OF LIFE.

'To learn anything if you need go china then go' . But In our country we can see we are more serious in theoritical than practical. i'm not saying that theoritical is not important. But we have to concentrate in practical at the same time. That's why i think study tour can play a vital role acquring practical knowledge.

From  a  tour we can easily get ideas, inspiration and experience.i mind that tour learning is more effective than theoretical learning ,Go out side and watch it,it will be proved .
