The attached article focuses on the attitude and motivation of EFL learners in Iranian context.This can be a useful reading regarding the context where the focus is on tertiary level of learners.

Dear Tina,

Iranian context seems very familiar! In terms of students' attitude towards and motivation about EFL, Bangladeshi students show the same responses. The study is a thorough one, thanks for sharing.
