1. HOME REMEDIES for chronic indigestion:
Orange is an effective food remedy in chronic indigestion. It gives rest to the digestive organs
and supplies nutrition in the most easily assimilable form.It also stimulates the flow of digestive juices,
which not only improves digestion but also increases appetite.

2. HOME REMEDIES for hypertension:
Mix one tea spoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey.
Take once day for a week.
If it works for you continue for several more days.

3. HOME REMEDIES for stomachache:
Drink ginger tea.Ginger not only warms the body but also settles the digestive
tract to provide instant relief. Add one-fourth cup fresh grated ginger root to two
cups of water and boil for five minutes.Strain out the ginger before drinking.
