Title: Big Data Hadoop: Who is eligible for big data's Hadoop training?

As far as I can see there are three distinct roles in Hadoop, namely administrator, developer and data scientist. I presume anyone can go into any of these roles but a developer would prefer to leverage his coding skills (Hadoop is written in Java) and the data scientist would have appreciation of statistical tools.
