Introduction
CELTA-Cambridge/Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate - CELTA (formerly the CTEFLA), is run in over 120 centres world-wide and is widely regarded as one of the most important forms of training in TEFL. It is recognised internationally.

Where is the course held?
The course is held at the British Council Teaching Centre in Dhaka.

How do I apply for this course?
Simply download the application forms from this website and return them to the British Council Teaching Centre in Dhanmondi.

If you want to be an English language teacher who is willing to work at the British Council, you can do the course and get hired by the same with high salary (more than 1 lac).

First of all, you have to sit for IELTS. If your band score 8 or 8.5, then you will be eligible to do the course...

Sir, CELTA is the course specially for native speakers of English or for the language teachers who attain the highest proficiency in English.
