Students go for their internship to different organizations. They have to remember it is the best time to ensure job for them. Of course an organization will select a candidate they already know about. Again the internee is not a new stranger for that organization. As the organization knows the internee the same way the internee is also habituated with the customs of the organization. An internee has to keep in mind that he / she may be under consideration for a job there by the management.
For this the internee has to work very sincerely during the period. He/ she has to fully maintain the time there.
Again before going for internship a student has to review all of his related course materials (Both theory and lab) he studied before in the University. This will impress the management of the organization, that the students know the related basic things.

Most of all students need to consider their internships as job. And in deed it's a job, perhaps jobs without salary in most cases. But students more often ask, "Sir, how many days a week I will have to stay in the factory in my internship period?" They need to understand that their internships are the opportunities to get jobs in their corresponding factory...
A very useful write up for the students... thank you sir.
