Of course, competition is not limited to
industry competition. Calculon’s handheld computer company, Einstein, is
effectively competing with a host of companies ranging from other handheld
computer manufacturers to companies that make traditional paper-based
personal organizers. Einstein is a personal communication and organization
machine and, as such, must compete with all products that serve some or all of its
functions.
