To be an ideal Head, s/he must be a teacher with all the qualities that go to make a teacher. As such s/he must be able to teach well and know the subject or subjects he teaches thoroughly. He must be well read and thorough and up-to-date. S/He knows when to mete out punishment and when to approve and appreciate. Since students are bound to imitate him in everything he does he must be a role model. He must be able to mingle with the students and at the same time he must keep his respect. He must have wit and humor. He has to be an adviser to the students under him.
As a Head he should be a good administrator. He must know about office routine and be able to command the respect of the office staff and teachers. He must have a sound knowledge of the maintenance of the university and its logistics.
As a Head he should also be like a public relations man to maintain cordiality with the parents as well as the general public. Like a sage of ancient days he must be able to advise the people on many matters. Without taking sides he should be capable of enlightening the public on many matters.
I think Mr. Masum Iqbal has got all the skills and abilities described above. He is the right Head of BBA program. Long Live Masum!

When u become a Head, u must know how to control ur people and move ur people to achive a specific goal. Md.Masum Iqbal sir has a wonderful controling power and he understands the students problem and tries to solve the problem.

Definitely, Masum Iqbal sir is a very sincere, dedicated, effective, and manageable person. He is running the BBA Program efficiently. His behaved is remarkable & admirable. I personally know him last 9 years. I wish him a great success and by his leadership we will up-hold the DIU image day by day.

In DIU, for the first time, That i'm expecting a mentor, who has a spiritual power to guide us, with more affection & concentration..............& I can declare that Mr. Masum Iqbal Sir has the gut to be the best of the best !!!! & all the system is getting the motion because of his acrobatic realization power of every matter!!!

I am jealous! But I have learned many things from Masum Sir.

Mr. Masum Iqbal Sir is good teacher. I learned form him too much. His capacity of learning and give to his students' is well. He is a good negotiator and has enough skills of negotiations. So, in my eyes, he is the right Head of BBA.

Actually, To enforce the development of an organization, right person should be sited in right position. In this consideration, we are very lucky to have a head like Mr. Masum Iqbal.

Our masun sir is very sincere and responsible to his duty. He always think about the problems of our university students. He always stay with students in line before going with students. He always come in university in time.
Because our head of the department is sincere, so we can get our success.
We are inspired from the attitudes of masum sir.

I am a student. But if anyone asked me how can one be a good teacher or right head i will suggested him or her just follow Masum Iqbal sir. we student are really lucky to get him as a teacher.

There is no doubt about what you have said. Because I knw Masum Iqbal sir since I was a student of BBA. I have completed some courses of him in BBA, from that time I knw his qualities. And another thing i must mention, you also work for university restlessly. In my final presentation u helped me a lot which was not possible for me without your help.

Why do i like Masum Iqbal as a person too?
I like Masum Iqbal as a person because whatever he does, he does it from his heart, not to flatter others. People who always tend to manage others have lack of personality, people call them sycophant. I like Masum Iqbal because he is not like that he is a man of personality. He never tries to belittle himself before others to gain something. He never expects anything from others. He relies on his own honesty and ability. I just love him. May Allah bless him for ever, ameen.

With honesty I want to say something. In this world, now-a-days its rare to find out a real Human Being, but Masum Sir is exceptional here. I really respect him for the qualities he possessed which make him exceptional from others.
