Title: How come! The seniormost member of the faculty is still a junior member?

How come! The senior most member of the faculty is still a junior member? When I see so many Hero members, I feel I am Zero member. Alas! I wish I knew the tricks.

By the number they change every year decreasing their value in the market. Is it OK?
