1. Twice a day, dip your finger in oil, like olive or castor for 20 minutes.
2. Rub your finger with hot piper
3. Dip your finger in vinegar
4. Dip your finger in lemon juice
5. Rub your finger with ginger
6. While at home cover your finger with duct tape.
All these help to reduce the practice of biting nail.
