•Poverty and Development
•Human Resource Management
•Civil Society and NGOs
•Human Resource Management

I think it's a good idea.But not only FHSS but also faculties of FSIT should be co-operating to each other for conducting research works in respective arena.Thank you Sir for your thinking.

This type of Research group help the faculties to enrich their knowledge in a specific field.
It should start as early as possible.
