A good personality means being patient, active listener...encouraging and complimentary to others..generally cheerful n optimistic..n curious, interested in learning n knowing about new things

There are two types of people. One type is people who are good at actions but talk very little. These people believe in carrying out responsibilities rather than being vocal about their performance.
The other type is people who talk too much but do very little. These people believe in showing off rather fulfilling their missions and visions. Empty vessels sound much.
Now comes the third type who can go for a trade-off. These people are expressive and at the same time they are sincere in their responsibilities.
Now ask yourself....Which category do you belong to?

Thank you. We need those people who belongs to the 3rd category to make our society good.

In my own views, third party is good. Because, if we can not responsible about our work or any thing or we can not sincere we can not do any thing in our life. So third category is best. Responsibility is very much need in our life.

I think, the third category is the best, but I don't belong to that. I need to learn to be in that category.

May be 3rd type is the best.. but it's not so easy to belong this group..
Nature -- may be you only analyzed the 2nd type rather 1st type.. and obviously 3rd type is enjoying better facilities than the others...!
