Title: Bangladesh becomes 4th largest remittance source for India

I consider this issue serious for the faculty members as we are involved in producing quality human resources for the country. Despite having so many universities with qualified faculty members, we should look into the matter and identify areas where we have failed to produce skilled human resources to fill up top level managerial positions in our country.
