What are things that we need to change in Garments sector in Bangladesh for improving productivity?

i think we need to focus on law of compliance of the garments.

To improve productivity we should change in three perspective areas:
             1. Floor level or root level change
             2. Company or corporate level change
             3. country or global level chage

It is possible by the successful implementation of IE in our garment industry.

Our garments workers are very much hard worker. If we can encourage themselves, i think the productivity will increase.
