Title: Benefits: Something for Everybody

Most of us are aware of inflation and the impact that it has had on the wages and salaries of every Bangladeshi. Offering good benefits and services as a tool to attract and retain good employees. While simply offering benefits is no guarantee that employees will stay with the organization, the lack of benefits will surely cause some people to leave.
