Certain benefits must be supplied by the organization for its employees, regardless of whether it wants to or not. These benefits are as follows:

1.   Social Security ( Premium Insurance)
2.   Unemployment Compensation
3.   Worker’s Compensation: To compensate employees or their families   
                                               for death or permanent or total disability
                                                resulting from job-related endeavors.
