Avoid Milk Tea (http://www.peoplespharmacy.com/photos/black_tea_is_more_healthful_without_milk.jpg)
Milk tea is very much popular than black or green tea. But adding milk to black tea destroys its ability to protect against heart disease. Drinking black tea significantly helps the arteries to relax and expand to keep blood pressure healthy. Catechin is a component of tea which is responsible for this beneficial effect by stimulating the production of chemical nitric oxide. But animal milk contains proteins called casein. These proteins bind to the catechins, reducing their concentration and effectiveness. Milk may affect the antioxidant potential of tea. Black tea is more helpful than milk tea. So avoid milk tea and take black or green tea to be healthy.

thankyou madam for sharing this valuable information.
:)
thanks for your information
Thanks for knowledge sharing.. :)
GOOD POST
Green tea is very good in our health.
nice post. Thanks mam.....
Does the combination of casein and catechins have any harmful effects on body? please inform.......Thanks for the essential post..
Actually there is no evidence that the combination of casein and catechin is harmful but it reduces the concentration of catechin which is beneficial for heart diseases and cancer treatment.
Thanks madam...
but from the other point of view milk tea is better than black tea. Protein of milk combine with the resin which is toxic for our health and make precipitation of resin. It can be easily visualized by noticing precipitation in the bottom of the tea pot with the milk tea.
Thus milk tea is more safe considering resin toxicity than black tea. But obviously Green tea is better.
Thank you sir for your addition.
Thank mam for good suggestion.
we may drink green tea
good post.
Yes, Green tea is the best solution.
nice post...thanks
Good post. but i like milk tea.
Thanks a lot for sharing....
We all try to avoid the milk tea and take the green tea. Thanks for the post.
Thanks for the post !
Black tea is good for health. it remove the tiredness and gives us refreshment. Green tea is good for health. So we should avoid milk tea and take black and green tea.
Very Informative Post
of course we will take tea. And it may be green tea, raw tea or milk tea, all of it have some benefits with some demerits..............
but the main purpose is the refreshment which is present in all form and this variation help to remove monotonousness of daily tea.
Very Informative post..................
Madam, Thank you very much for your nice preaching and we will try to change our tradition.
Nice post :)
but most of the people of our country prefer milk tea.
Did not know that, helpful post. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for the post.
Madam thanks for the post
Thank you madam.
Researches show that the formation of milk protein-polyphenol complexes does not compromise the antioxidant potential of the beverage.Polyphenolâ€"protein complexes are degraded during digestion.
The findings appear in the June 13 issue of the American Chemical Society's Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
Another research shows that addition of milk may not obviate the ability of black tea to modulate the antioxidant status of subjects and that consumption of black tea with/without milk prevents oxidative damage in vivo.[1]

Please see the reference, why we should avoid milk tea?
But there are also some referneces that milk tea doesnt make harm as i mentioned before, then what should we do exactly madam?
Actually the subject is controversial. There are many journal explain that milk with tea is harmful and some said milk has no effect on tea. But my opinion is to avoid milk tea because it reduces the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, increase body weight. It is also cost effective. From your refereed journal I get two points
• the protein fraction in milk can bind antioxidant molecules in tea
• the antioxidant value of the tea + milk mix is reduced by up to -18% depending on the type and amount of milk you are using
o skimmed, i.e. low fat, 'high' protein milk reduces binds more antioxidants than whole milk
o the effect of milk on polyphenol binding in tea is non-linear or, in other words, if you double the amount of milk you won't lose twice as much of the antioxidants
(Ref: .Reddy VC,etal.Addition of milk does not alter the antioxidant activity of black tea.Ann nutr metab,2005 May-Jun;49(3):189-95.)
So you should avoid milk tea.
I shall try my best.
