Albert Einstein’s first son Hans Albert Einstein was a distinguished emeritus professor of civil engineering at the University of California at Berkeley. He was a world authority on sediment transport, and hydraulic engineering. Professor Hans Albert Einstein published hundreds of papers in his field. Hans Albert Einstein passed away in 1973 due to congestive heart failure leaving behind also an illustrious legacy especially in the field of civil engineering.
Albert Einstein’s second son Eduard (Tete as fondly called by his dad) unfortunately suffered from psychosis (Schizophrenia) and was institutionalized for nearly thirty years in an asylum in Zurich till his death in 1965 from a stroke. (Ref : Quora )
