একপাশে শহীদ মিনার, অন্যপাশে গাছের ডালে বসে থাকা দোয়েল। দুই টাকার নোটের কথা বলছি। পৃথিবীর সবেচেয়ে সুন্দর নোট হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি পেয়েছে বাংলাদেশের ২ টাকার নোট ।

বাংলাদেশের ২ টাকার নোট পৃথিবীর সবেচেয়ে সুন্দর নোট হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি পেল। এরপর সেরা নোটের তালিকায় আছে সাও টোমের ৫০ হাজার ডোবরা নোট। তৃতীয় ও চতুর্থ স্থানে আছে যথাক্রমে বাহামার ১ ডলারের নোট এবং বাহরাইনের ৫ দিনারের নোট। রাশিয়ার একটি বিনোদন কেন্দ্র পরিচালিত জরিপে এ অবস্থান নির্ধারিত হয়েছে। সূত্র প্যান আর্মেনিয়ান ডট নেট।
তালিকায় পঞ্চম স্থানে আছে জর্জিয়ার ১০ লরি নোট, ষষ্ঠ স্থানে ১০ হংকং ডলার, সপ্তম স্থানে ১০ কুক আইল্যান্ড ডলার, অষ্টম স্থানে ৫০ ইসরাইলি শেকেল, নবম স্থানে ২০ হাজার আইল্যান্ড ক্রোনা নোট এবং ও দশম স্থানে আছে ৫০ ফেরো আইল্যান্ড ক্রুনার নোট।
এছাড়া এ তালিকায় একাদশ থেকে বিংশ অবস্থানে আছে নিউজিল্যান্ড, রোমানিয়া, মালদ্বীপ, সিঙ্গাপুর, কমোরোস, ফ্রান্স, পলিনেশিয়া, সুইজারল্যান্ড, সুইডেন, জ্যামাইকা এবং জাপানের নোট।

But we have a lot of things. And We can proud for them. The two taka note is one of them.

The hologram and security thread now used in the 10-taka note would replace that of the existing two-taka note.

The logo, comprising tiger-head and Bangladesh Bank, is placed on the left side of the note while the 2mm-security thread a bit right from the middle of the note.

The security thread can see from the back of the note.

All other features of the existing note is the same.
