Breakfast is one of the major part of our daily meal. It has a great impact on our body. A heavy and balanced breakfast can makes u fit for the whole day. Many of us skip the breakfast due to busyness or something else. But it does great harm to our body's physiological system. We can loose our energy to work,to concentrate or others stuffs. So we should take our breakfast properly. There is a saying that "take ur breakfast like a king". It means ur breakfast should be prepared with lots of energy dense foods to keep u fit and energetic for the day long . A general menu for ur breakfast is given here
Ruti/bread-2 pieces
vegetables(seasonal, cooked with light oil)-1 cup
egg-1 pieces (white portion 5 days/week and whole one 2 days/week)
fruits- An apple, a small size banana.
milk-1 cup 0r curd.
There should be some varieties in ur menu. But please dont skip ur breakfast.....

We should not skip our breakfast. But sometime we skip our breakfast. We should avoid this.
