A business leader must have the intensity & the tolerance power to support himself & his followers. A leader has to cope with all the negativity around him. He need to manage his followers with at least the same realization power to match the problem solving.

In any leadership the Communication is very much important, because a good communicator can be manage all thing by making a good communicate and by making a good relation. But the 7 points is much important in a leader.
