Six mini meals per day reduce cholesterol levels and heart attack risk
Researchers have found out that people who mini-sized meals throughout the day have their high cholesterol levels decrease and reduce heart attack risk.
Six mini meals a day = 8% reduction of cholesterol levels &
= 16% reduction of heart attack risk
